Is there a list of cases in which results from HVE and HVE-compatible physics programs (e.g., SIMON, EDCRASH, EDSMAC4) have been accepted in court?
Yes. The HVE Admissibility List presents a list of court cases where results from HVE simulations or reconstructions have been admitted. In this document, HVE may be referring to the HVE, HVE-2D or HVE-CSI simulation environments. The details listed are voluntarily reported by registered users of the software. The list is not inclusive of every case where results have been admitted to court.
The HVE Admissibility List is downloadable from the Technical Reference Library as Publication Number 3029 -- http://www.edccorp.com/library/TechRefPdfs/EDC-3029.pdf
