Our Technical Support Engineers have been collecting information about HVE and HVE-2D users computer hardware configurations. From this information, we are able to provide the following recommendation for computer configurations that should provide good HVE-CSI application performance:

Configuration:

• Intel Dual-Core, Core 2 Duo or better processor (or similar competitive brand)
• 1 GB RAM minimum (more preferred)
• 32MB OpenGL compatible Graphics Card (NVIDIA is recommended)
• 17" or 20" desktop monitor preferred (for notebook computer, 15" or larger)
• 3-button mouse

Operating System:

• HVE-CSI is fully compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. (If installating on Windows Vista or Windows 7 computers, you should not install under the main Program Files directory, as that directory has strict permissions on use of files within that folder location. The installer defaults to a location on your main drive.)

Example:

• Dell Dimension E520 with Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor, 1 GB RAM, 256MB nVidia Geforce graphics card and Windows XP operating system
