What Others Are Saying |
The HVE Forum offers workshops for beginning, intermediate and advanced users, in both hands-on and lecture style formats. For example, the introductory workshops are a great way to learn how to quickly navigate the user interface. Or you might choose to learn the background, theory and application of the physics programs. Or you might choose to learn how to build a custom vehicle model, build a 3-dimensional environment model using survey data and even work through real-world cases using a variety of analytical approaches and techniques. Most workshops focus on learning-by-experience using real-world examples, so bring your laptop computer and work along with the instructor. In addition, the HVE White Paper session (Call For Papers - HVE White Paper Session), User's Group Meetings, and hosted social hours offer a great opportunity to network with other HVE users. Here's what previous HVE Forum attendees had to say about the event - "The Forum was an excellent opportunity to learn from the creators of HVE and interact with some of the most knowledgeable users in the field." - Roman Beck "As an HVE-2D user, I enjoyed the open discussions during the Forum which provided an opportunity to learn from the instructor and fellow classmates." - Heath Spivey "Every user of HVE needs to attend the annual HVE Forums. You always will pick up "nuggets" that make it worthwhile." - Dr. William Blythe New workshops are being developed for the 2011 HVE Forum and will be posted soon! In the meanwhile, to understand why all HVE and HVE-2D users should come to the HVE Forum, please view the workshop schedule, descriptions from the 2010 HVE Forum using the links below: View the 2010 HVE Forum Workshop Schedule and Descriptions On-line Download the 2010 HVE Forum Registration Booklet (16 pages)
