Blender to H3D Addon is an addon for Blender 3.X that exports models to the .h3d format used in HVE. The addon can be downloaded here: hve_tools.zip.  In Blender, open the Preferences panel (Edit->Preferences).  Select Add-ons along the left side.  Click select Install at the top and select the hve_tools.zip file.  Once installed and activated, the HVE toolbar will show up on the right side panel of the 3D Editor.  For a quick tutorial, please see the video on YouTube: VIDEO?
